Visayas is the epitome of an island paradise. Beyond its historical sites, luxury resorts, and majestic sceneries, this magnificent island group offers a unique cultural heritage that will make your visit extra special.

This trip will make you discover a large part of the Visayas islands. You will start with Dumaguete and explore its splendid seabed during an excursion on Apo Island.

Then you will depart for Siquijor, the wizarding island famous for its healers and their mysticism. This tranquil forest island offers lovely beaches where you can snorkel from your hotel’s beachfront!

At the end of the trip, you will finally go to Bohol, home of the famous Chocolate Hills.

DAY BY DAY

Day 1: Arrival in the Philippines

Arrival in Manila and transfer to a small boutique hotel in the heart of Makati, a stone’s throw from restaurants and shopping centers.

Day 2: Departure for the south of the island of Negros

After your breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight. Night in a hotel by the sea with a view of Apo Island. You’ll have a free afternoon. Take the opportunity to swim and relax in a pretty little tropical garden!

Day 3: Swimming on Apo Island

After your breakfast, you will leave for the authentic small fishing island called Apo Island. With its seabed being protected, you will have the opportunity to discover magnificent corals and fish. Who knows? You may also have the chance to meet a turtle!

Day 4: Discovery of Lake Balanan and the Malatapay Market

Departure in the morning by private car to discover Lake Balanan where you can do several activities such as kayaking! Nature lovers can take a 2-hour walk (4km tour) to access a pretty waterfall. You will enjoy swimming in a tropical forest! This is a tour that will leave you with unforgettable memories!

Day 5: Transfer to the mystical island of Siquijor

Transfer to the island of Siquijor. You’ll have a free afternoon at the hotel. Relax and enjoy the 3 swimming pools, 2 restaurants, or even go snorkeling in the sanctuary bordering the beach!

Day 6-8: Day at your own pace on the mystical island of Siquijor

Take the time to discover the quiet little island of Siquijor! Your hotel offers many excursions, do not hesitate to inquire at reception. You can also rent a scooter and visit the island’s attractions at your own pace. Visit a healer and be blessed. Imitate Tarzan on a vine by the waterfall. Or sip a fresh fruit cocktail with your feet in the pool or by the sea!

Day 9: Transfer to Bohol for Panglao Island

After your breakfast, transfer to Bohol to reach a small boutique hotel by the sea or the tropical river. You’ll have a free afternoon at your leisure. Choose to discover the surroundings or just simply relax!

Day 10: Visit of Bohol country

After breakfast, you will set out to conquer the main attractions of Bohol. The first stop is the Chocolate Hills, then you will meet the astonishing tarsiers, a small atypical primate with protruding eyes that we can find exclusively on Bohol.

You’ll stopover at one of the oldest Spanish churches. Then you will set off for a jungle cruise on the wild Loboc River where you will have lunch on the boat and discover traditional Filipino dances and songs.

Meet a blacksmith who will teach you the techniques to make a “bolo” (Filipino dagger). And you will end the day with a lesson in palm leaf braiding.

Day 11: Pamilacan Island, firefly, and fish market

Departure very early in the morning for the island of Pamilacan on a bangka, a traditional Filipino outrigger boat. You might get lucky and meet dolphins while swimming and snorkeling. You will return in the early afternoon.

In the evening, visit the fish market for your dinner and observe fireflies by boat in the middle of a mangrove forest!

Day 12: Relaxation on Panglao

Enjoy your last day however you want! Take the chance to discover the surrounding beaches.

Day 13: Return to the capital

Flight to Manila and transfer to a small boutique hotel in the heart of Makati, a stone’s throw from shopping malls and restaurants. Take the opportunity to stroll around the center of Greenbelt!

Day 14: Manila

Last chance for shopping! Buy souvenirs at Ayala Center or take a taxi to eat in the pedestrian street of Bonifacio High Street.

Day 15: Goodbye and see you soon!

Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the airport for your international flight. Hope to welcome you again. Mabuhay!
